About
A small shop in Miami, four people, one office on NW 1st Court.
Why this company exists
I started Nedu Soft Service in 2014 after eleven years inside larger companies, where a good share of my time went into status reports nobody read about work somebody else was doing. The idea was narrow and it has not changed: serve companies too small to staff IT properly, do the work ourselves, quote a number and stick to it.

How we think about the work
Most technology problems in a small company are not technology problems. They are somebody’s workaround from three years ago that everyone now depends on, or two systems bought separately and never introduced to each other. The fix is usually smaller and less interesting than a vendor would like you to believe.
We try to say that out loud, even when the honest answer costs us the project. It has cost us the project more than once.
Who you will actually deal with
David Neducal takes the first call on everything. After that you are handed to whoever will own the work, and that person stays yours. We are four people, so this is less a policy than an arithmetic fact.
What we care about
Plain answers
If you cannot explain the fix to the person paying for it, either the fix is wrong or the explanation is lazy. Usually the explanation.
Fixed numbers
Hourly billing rewards the slow. We quote what a thing costs and absorb the difference when we get it wrong.
Leaving cleanly
Every project ends with documentation and credentials handed over. You should be able to fire us on a Friday and be fine on Monday.
