What we do and what it costs

Three service lines. Two are priced monthly, one is quoted per project. Everything below is a starting point rather than a menu, because the useful answer depends on how many machines you have and how bad the last six months were.

Custom Software

Cloud Migration

Frequently asked questions

The questions we get on the first call, answered the way we answer them on the phone.

Support is month to month with thirty days notice. Project work runs on a signed scope, which is a contract for that project and nothing beyond it.

It happens, and it is fine. We document everything as we go so an internal hire or a bigger firm can pick up without a discovery phase. Two clients have left that way and one came back.

Support clients need to be somewhere we can drive within about ninety minutes, so Miami-Dade, Broward and the near part of Palm Beach. Software projects we do remotely for anyone.

One of the four of us. We do not subcontract, and we will tell you which person is on your account before you sign anything.

Four business hours on the support plan. In practice it averages under one. Emergencies from support clients go to an on call line that rings a phone, not a queue.

Yes, and we would rather do it slowly. Two weeks running alongside them beats a hard cutover, because that is when you find out what was never documented.

On fixed price work that is our problem, not yours. It has happened three times and we ate it three times. That is what fixed price means.

No. We will tell you what to buy and where, and you buy it directly. Reselling puts our margin on the wrong side of your interests.

Yes, from the first commit. The repository is in your account and we work in it. Nothing is licensed back to you.

Yes. Send yours or use ours. For regulated work we also sign a BAA where HIPAA applies.

Still have questions

Ask before you commit to anything. A quote costs nothing, and we would rather talk you out of a bad project early than bill you through a good one.
